Air floating belt conveyor: transport without dust

The air floating belt conveyor operates without rollers since it is carried by an air cushion. The conveyor belt is a tube that retains all the advantages of a conventional conveyor belt but also offers a very light support structure, low energy consumption, quiet operation and very low maintenance.
Dust free and without dripping, your product is transported from one end to the other of the conveyor in full respect of the environment.

Technical characteristics

The belt is standard, the chassis is optimized according to each project. The characteristics of our air floating conveyor belts can therefore be adapted to each layout. It is thus possible to define the following elements:
