The CSR by ATS Group: to invest locally and effectively
The basic purpose of business is naturally to grow and to generate profit, but at ATS Group, we feel that it is as well the responsibility of corporate houses to return somehow to the society.
There is so much to do and everyone is specialized in it’s own field. So we decided to fund already existing NGO projects, locally around our Indian base in Pune, Maharashtra.
The idea is to help and fulfill to some extend the needs of population facing difficulties from life start and the old age.
We accordingly support 7 different channels:
Aksharsparsh Matimand Nivasi Vidyalay
Aksharsparsh is Rehabilitation of mentally challenged and poor children trust at Dhankawadi Pune. Presently there are 28 children under the most loving and caring atmosphere.
With the support of ATS Conveyors India, it turned possible to shift the activity in a bigger location. This way it was possible to accommodate 8 more children.
Saraswati Anath Shikshan Ashram
Saraswati Anath Ashram is an orphanage and destitute home based in the slum area of Dapodi which is based in the PCMC area for both boys and girls.
Presently there are 50 children residing between the ages of 5 to 18 years
ATS Conveyors India sponsor 6 children.
Kinara Vruddha and Matimanda Seva Trus
“KINARA", is an old age home for the old and the poor, since 2007. Until now Kinara has sheltered around 50 to 60 old age people with mental as well as physical disorder.
ATS Conveyors India paid for the construction of an additional building in order to accommodate 30 to 35 more guests.
The Poona school & home for the Blind Girl
The Poona School and Home for the blind was established in the year 1974 in order to provide special training to effectively teach the visually impaired girls.
ATS Conveyors India supports this organization with providing specific educational material, books, uniforms, shoes and medical aid for all blind girls.
Hanuman Vidyalay & Junior College, Shindewadi
1150 students are studying from standard 1st to till 12th in this school located at shindewadi Solapur.
After many safety issues, ATS Conveyors India provided the required resources to construct a 270ft long compound wall to protect the students from the road.
Zilha Parishad Prathamik Kendra Shala, Shindewadi
250 students are studying from standard 1st to till 4th in this school.
ATS Conveyors India has provided an E-learning facility to their students.
Abhedya
The team of engineering students that we supported came 15th at a national competition of Enduro vehicles in Coimbatore from January 5th to 9th, 2017.
