EMS transport unit for pallet: responsiveness and speed

Our transport units are specially designed to transport wooden pallets and all types of flat bottom containers. With a great positioning accuracy, they enable fast speeds and high accelerations, reaching challenging cycle time. The onboard conveyor is customizable as well as the characteristics of the transport units.

Technical characteristic

With an adaptive design, our transport units are a recognized standard, and their characteristics depend on each project. It is possible to define the following elements:

Quantity of pallet per transport unit	1 or 2
Translation speed	Up to 120 m/min in the straight lines, 40 m/min in the curves and 30 m/min in the switches
On board conveyor speed	Up to 30 m/min
Stop accuracy	+/- 1 mm
Surface treatment	Painted or galvanized
Options	Stoppers, floor guiding, safety radar, adjustable sensor holders, automation
