Dosing roller conveyor: the regulator for whole tire insertion system

To manufacture the clinker (the cement base), a constant and controlled temperature is required. For this purpose, our dosing roller conveyor regulates the flow of whole tires fed into the oven in real time. Depending on the weight measured for each tire, the automated system controls the rate of introduction of the tires into the oven. The centralized control station is then kept informed of the quantity and the weight of tires inserted.
